The laboratories to let at VIENNA POINT represent cutting edge infrastructure for developing scientific research activities. We are letting modern laboratories with a total area of 2,000 m². Thanks to the extensive range of facilities of all our buildings on Vídeňská, you will have everything you need to go about your work.
The building VIENNA POINT 2 has all the resources necessary to ensure the smooth operation of a specialist workplace such as a laboratory. We offer round-the-clock supervision and security, a CCTV system, reception, lifts and parking capacity for 500 vehicles.
Laboratories, offices and technological spaces are all certified according to the very latest standards and represent cutting-edge infrastructure for developing science and research or business activities. We focus on providing services to start-ups, spin-offs and SMEs with the potential to innovate. We are developing partnerships with EU institutions, private sector companies, the public sector, research teams, technology parks, universities and global corporations.
The company VIENNA POINT a.s. has presented its research and development activities in the field of industrial diagnostics at the conference Vize v automatizaci (Visions in Automation). We focus especially on the application of integrated diagnostic and expert systems in improving the economy, accuracy and stability of specific technological processes and entire operations.
